The Self Discovery Coaching Process:

In our sessions, we’ll create a non-judgemental, safe space where you can explore these questions and more. We’ll work together to deepen your self-awareness, reflect on your life’s transitions, and find new meaning, strength, and purpose. The coaching is emergent, meaning we’ll allow the sessions to unfold naturally based on your unique needs and experiences. There’s no rush, no pressure to “solve” anything immediately. Instead, we’ll take the time to explore, reflect, and discover what’s emerging for you.
