I’m Anabel, an EMCC-accredited coach with a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. While my qualifications and professional background are important, what truly shapes my approach is my personal experience and my journey of growth.
I’m someone who loves the little things in life, the joy of meandering through new places, doing random cartwheels in the park with my son, and climbing trees to tap into my inner child. Life is messy and imperfect, and I’m learning to embrace it with grace.
Having been a recovering perfectionist, I understand the challenge of letting go of the need to have everything just right. Over time, I’ve come to believe that life is not about striving for perfection but about being present, being kind to yourself, and allowing yourself to make mistakes. I’ve learned that when we slow down and reflect, the clarity we seek often emerges. I’m someone who has always needed to process my thoughts out loud, and I’m here to create that space for others.
Spending time with my family is incredibly important to me—whether it’s playing board games together or winding down with a bit of Saturday night TV. I also have a love for cooking, creating new recipes, and bringing people together over food. I’m the type who loves planning for events but then leaves the execution to someone else!
In my work as a coach, I don’t position myself as an expert or have all the answers. I’m simply walking alongside my clients on their journey of self-discovery, growth, and learning. I believe in holding space for reflection, exploration, and honest conversation. My aim is to create a safe and non-judgemental space where we can figure things out together.
If you resonate with any of this, or if you enjoy similar things to me, we might be a great fit. I’d love to connect, book a free connection call today, and let’s see how we can work together to create the change you’re seeking.
